We do not intentionally collect, solicit, maintain, sell or share any personal information from anyone under the age of 21. As further described in this Privacy Policy, we collect personal information directly from you when you visit our Site or our winery or otherwise in your interactions with us. Information You Provide Directly To Us. We (or our service providers working on our behalf) collect the following information directly from you when you interact with our Services:

  • Purchase History Information, such as information included in your transactions with us, items you purchased, and your reasons for cancelling your wine club membership.

Information We Collect Automatically. When you visit our Site or interact with emails from us, Crossroads by Rudd and our analytics providers use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect the following categories of information:

  • Internet, Application, and Network Activity Information, such as your referring domains, the type of browsers used, operating system software, browser settings, cookie preferences and data associated with cookies and similar technologies, search engine keywords and JavaScript enablement. We may also record number of visits, paths taken, and time spent on sites and pages. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with the website, any application we may offer or our ads.
  • Email Interaction Information, including whether emails were opened and which device/browser is used to access the Site.
  • Browser, Device and other Online identifiers, such as your IP address

We may also receive information from third parties we partner with. For example, if auction our wine club membership or other profits in support of a non-profit, or we include our wine in a gift bag or other promotion, we may receive information from our partners about who received our product.

Like most organizations, Crossroads by Rudd utilizes cookies and other automated technologies to collect information about you when you interact with our Site. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser offers on your computer hard drive. Cookies assist us in tracking which of our features you like best. And when you re-visit our Site, cookies can enable us to recognize that you are a return visitor and to customize our content according to your preferences. You can opt -out of receiving promotional emails at any time, by (i) clicking the ““Unsubscribe”” or similar instruction at the bottom of the promotional email or (ii) logging into your account page and managing your email preferences. 

Communications with Gift Recipients

If you send a gift from our Services, or through other means, we will collect and use the information provided to us about you and the gift recipient in line with our stated policies for direct purchasers. Gift recipients can opt-out of receiving any emails or newsletters by contacting us at info@ruddwines.com.

Targeted Advertising Cookies

Some web browsers and websites/Services allow you to exercise certain choices with respect to targeted advertising, as described below.

  • Web browser opt-out: You may be able to opt out of receiving targeted advertisements using the browser opt-out tools and consumer choice mechanisms provided by target advertising self-regulatory groups by following the links below:
  • Google Opt-Out. We use also Google Analytics to evaluate the use of our Sites, personalize our website content to you, deliver advertising messages and offers tailored to you and for marketing purposes. Google Analytics uses cookies and other identifiers to collect information, such as how often users visit a website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they visited prior to visiting a website. You will need to opt out separately on all of your browsers and devices, as each opt-out will apply only to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies or mobile identifiers, change browsers, or use a different device, any opt-out cookie or tool may no longer work and you will have to opt out again. Even if you choose to opt out of receiving targeted advertising, you may still receive advertising, but the advertisements may be less relevant.

St. Supéry is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites or platforms. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site, to read the privacy statements of each site or platform that collects personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by through our Services. The links to third party websites, social media platforms or locations are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites.

  1. Non-U.S. Residents

This Privacy Policy and our Services are directed at consumers in the United States. The laws of the United States shall apply to the collection of personal information and other information through the Site, and to Rudd Wine’s use of such information. Our Services are not directed to consumers outside of the U.S. If you are accessing this Site from outside of the U.S., please note that the laws of the United States may not provide a level of protection equivalent to the laws in your home country and you understand and agree that we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States.

We employ reasonable security measures to protect the personal information. For example we secure all of our online ordering information including your name, address, and credit card numbers (card numbers are encrypted) to protect your billing information as it travels through the purchase system. In addition, all credit card transactions are verified and processed by a third-party financial institution that receives credit card numbers and other personal information in an encrypted format. We take appropriate security measures to protect user data offline as well. Although we use our best efforts to protect the security of your information and our system, no security measures can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You assume that risk by using the Site.
